If you have set up your password hint, you can reset your password yourself. The process is completely automated and a random password will be sent to you.
You must have created your password hint before requesting a new temporary password. To find out how to configure your password hint, see the article Password Hint - International exchange program partner

Ask International Activities and Student Mobility for access to the “Forgot Password” feature.

Respond to the question
A new randomly generated temporary password will be sent by email. It will have to be modified at the next connection.
If you do not receive an email, you most likely did not set up your password hint. In this case, contact the International Activities and Student Mobility.
